34 years ago two life-changing events happened within a day of each other, one for the better, the other for the worse. Both are irrevocably tied together, and represent milestones in my health and American health in general.

After 4 years of negotiations between DOJ, pharmaceutical company lawyers and Congress, President Ronald Reagan signed Public Law 99-660 into law. It's official name is "National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986". I didn't know about it until almost 20 years later. To date, most Americans don't know about it either, and if they do, they marginalize and minimize it, ignorant of all of the jaw-dropping facts that it includes, and the never-implemented mandates.

The most significant fact is that the Act gave vaccine manufacturers complete legal liability protection and carved a huge chunk out of Americans equal access to the legal system by creating a separate court by which to adjuciate vaccine injury claims.

Unimplemented mandates included that (a) vaccines be made safer, (b) that the list of adverse events and onset times listed right there in Act be used to train pediatricians to recognize vaccine injuries associated with each vaccine. That list was used and amended by the "Vaccine Court" (colloquial) to determine the legitimacy of the petition.

The effect of the law slowly hollowed out the legal system and gave rise to the covert fascism. It effectively gave both pharmaceutical companies and the States the means to legally injure and kill its citizens, and enjoy legal protection.

Worse: with legal protection to maim and kill, both pharmaceutical companies and their captured state public health agencies have engaged in nonstop psychological warfare by constantly hammering away these 2 main propaganda hit pieces: 1) "Safe and Effective" 2) "Vaccines are among the greatest medical procedures, annually saving millions of lives."

This slow slide into fascism has come to its full, logical fruition in 2020. For years, Democratic legislators have been at the forefront of pushing mandatory vaccination. With legal protection to assist corporations to maim and kill, politicians were free to accepts those corporations money and push their agenda, whatever that may be, with impunity.

Look at this way: this is not a new virus, we have immunity, and never before in human history has another person transmitted a disease they didn't have to another person. On the surface, compliance with masks illustrates that the Democratic governors and their captured public health agencies propaganda has done an excellent job of creating and perpetuating fear. Bravo.

Democratic Governors were forced to blame the President for mishandling this crisis so that they could create their own response that aligned with the companies that do the actual maiming and killing. They were forced to because if they did nothing at all, the virus would have run its course and proven the idiot President correct that it would be over soon, wash your hands, don't touch your face.

Whenever anyone says that we've got to do something else or something more to get this virus under control, they are flat out lying to your face. Their own public health agencies data doe not lie. They can fudge all they want about cases (and boy, they have beaten that dead horse to death!) but the moment they create false records of deaths it will be game over for them unless they bring in the military and order them to kill their fellow citizens.

Hence the race for a vaccine that will maim and kill. Oh wait, vaccines are safe and effective. How did 99.8% of you ever make this far into 2020?
